60% of revenues are attributable to commercial services of heavy hauling of construction equipment, large trucks and shipping containers. Cold call passenger car towing accounts for only 20% of revenues.
Day-to-day operations are currently managed by two key employees; an operations manager and an administrative assistant. The new owner would need to assume general management responsibilities and supplement the bookkeeping/accounting activities.
The service fleet is quite new. It is estimated that the fleet can be kept current with judicious trade-ins and annual investments of < $100K per year for the next several years. No one account amounts to more than 5% of the gross revenues, and the top 30 accounts represent ~30% of revenues.
