Debbie Small’s passion for entrepreneurship began at an early age. While many of her friends were reading fashion magazines, Debbie was reading Entrepreneur. That passion led her to start her first business while attending Kansas State University, giving her firsthand experience as a business owner long before entering the brokerage industry.
After college, Debbie spent more than a decade as a Senior Media Consultant with Time Warner, helping small business owners grow their companies through strategic advertising and marketing campaigns. Working closely with entrepreneurs across a variety of industries gave her valuable insight into what drives business success and profitability.
In 2004, Debbie joined Apex Business Advisors and is now the second most senior broker in the firm’s history. Over the past 20+ years, she has become one of the most accomplished business brokers in the country, successfully facilitating hundreds of business sales and helping both sellers and buyers achieve their objectives.
